President’s Chief of Staff introduces new governor

On Wednesday, December 27, Secretariat Chief of Staff Viktor Baloha introduced Sumy’s newly appointed governor, Pavlo Kachur, to the region’s officials, according to the President`s press-office.

      Mr. Baloha said he knew Mr. Kachur as a “committed person.” He added the President had delegated one of the best members of his team to govern Sumy and appreciated the support the new governor receives from the local community.

      Mr. Kachur pledged to work professionally, patriotically and honestly.
