Russian oil resumed flowing Friday through an export pipeline via Ukraine to the European Union after electricity was restored to a pumping station hit earlier by stormy weather, pipeline operator Ukrtransnafta said, according to EU Business.
Company spokesman Oleksander Dikusarov said: "Oil transport was fully reestablished" at 1202 GMT.
