“Lazy” starlings in Sevastopol

In Sevastopol there is unseen gathering of migratory birds, which were supposed to fly to Turkey but decided to stay in Crimea, proUA reports.

According to the words of inhabitants, birds fly from place to place and soil sidewalks, benches and cars. Inhabitants of Sevastopol walk along the city holding newspapers or bags above their heads.

“Lazy birds do not want to fly anywhere, and  until they eat all fruits on threes – for example, coral beans, they will not leave Sevastopol”, noted leader of Sevastopol City Organization of Ukrainian Nature Protection Community Valentyn Shestak.
