Yanukovych hopes inflation not to exceed 7-7.5% in 2007

Prime Minister of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych hopes that in 2007 the inflation will not exceed 7-7.5%.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this speaking at the session in the Ministry for Labor and Social Policy of Ukraine.

The Prime Minister noted that the Ministry and the government as a whole must not be busy with populism. According to him, it is important to prevent the growth of inflation in the country.
