President Victor Yushchenko turned 53 on Friday but he has been spending the day on the job, according to the President`s press-office.
He has so far received birthday greetings from Georgia’s Ambassador to Ukraine and the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Grygol Katamadze, President of the National Academy of Sciences Borys Paton, Patriarch Filaret and Metropolitan Volodymyr, as well as from governors, judges, scientists, educators, members of parliament, political leaders, business people and ordinary Ukrainian citizens.
