Ukrainian defense-industrial complex is losing foreign markets

The Ukrainian defense-industrial complex is losing foreign markets of its production.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych claimed this at a session, devoted to reforming the Ukrainian defense-industrial complex today.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he stressed: “Only 3% of the native DIC complex production are sold at the internal market of Ukraine. We also know how exporters work – the Ukrainian DIC is losing its markets, even in those countries in which we have been working since a long time”, the Prime Minister said.

According to him, these problems must be solved gradually. “It is necessary to draw up a program of actions on every issue”, the Prime Minister said.
