Ukraine Suspended Import of Meat from Poland, Belarus, and Moldova
Low-quality meat was coming to Ukraine from Poland, Belarus, and Moldova
Chief veterinary inspector of Ukraine Ivan Bisiuk introduced a temporary ban on the import of meat from Poland, Belarus, and Moldova, to Ukraine. UNIAN was informed about this at the press-service of the Agricultural Ministry of Ukraine
The press-service explained that specialists of the State Veterinary Medicine Department of Ukraine discovered that low-quality meat production without the proper documents was coming to Ukraine from Poland, Belarus, and Moldova.
Presently deputy chief of the State Veterinary Department Mykola Patriuk is paying a visit in Lviv to probe into the problem.
