SPFU to put for sale first 0.5% share holding of Ukrtelecom

The State Property Fund of Ukraine plans to put for sale the first 0.5% shareholding of “Ukrtelecom” OJSC at the Ukrainian Stock Exchange as early as in May.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, SPFU chairman Valentyna Semeniuk disclosed this to journalists today.

According to her information, the Fund plans to sell a 5% shareholding of Ukrtelecom in a form of small holdings, which will be divided into a maximal number of lots during the sales.

“It will allow involving the maximal number of participants in the sale of Ukrtelecom shares”, V.Semeniuk stressed.
