Mykola Azarov, the Prime-Minister of Ukraine, declared that imposition of the grain export quotas in the country was the compulsive measure, according to the www.agrimarket.info. The Government made such decision, because in the terms of the current grain prices, the domestic grain traders would export all existing grain volumes from the country.
According to the Prime-Minister, the problem directly witnesses about low development of the animal breeding sector in the country, the complex should become the main consumer of grain volumes, produced in Ukraine.
The Head of the Government certified that the Cabinet of Ministers will assist to such development, establish the certain stimulus, such as payment of credit interest rates, compensation of the general cost of such animal breeding complexes and etc.
