“Kryvorizkyi Iron-Ore Complex” 2.48% holding of shares was sold for 98 million 897.6 thousand hryvnias on Ukrainian International Stock Market, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
They said it on the Stock Market.
The price of one share was 2 hryvnias.
The opening bid of 2.48% stock of shares was 49 million 448.8 thousand hryvnias, 1 hryvnia for one share.
Ukrainian International Stock Market refused to call a buyer, but they said that three companies took part in the tender.
As UNIAN reported earlier, before the tender 6.68% of sock shares belonged to the State.
Footnote. “Kryvorizkyi Iron-Ore Complex” (Kryvyi Rih) is the biggest sintering iron-ore manufacturer; annual output is around 6 million tons.
At the beginning of August 2004 within a framework of “Ukrrudprom” privatization “Solime” Ltd bought 93.07% for 689.42 million hryvnias.
