As of 1 April, 2007, the direct foreign investments into the Ukraine economics made up 22 billion 433.7 million dollars (since the moment of beginning investments).
According to the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, the main volume of investments came to the Ukrainian economics from FRG – 5 billion 690.1 million dollars (25.4% of the total volume).
The investments from Cyprus made up 3 billion 236.6 million dollars (14.4%), from Austria – 1 billion 782.3 million dollars (7.9%), Great Britain – 1 billion 699.9 million dollars (7.6%), Netherlands – 1 billion 692.2 million dollars (7.5%), USA – 1 billion 360 million dollars (6.1%), Russia – 1 billion 077.0 million dollars (4.8%), Virgin Islands – 883.7 million dollars (3.9%), France – 873.2 million dollars (3.9%), Switzerland – 566.5 million dollars (2.5%), Poland – 380 million dollars (1.7%), Hungary – 347.5 million dollars (1.5%), other countries – 2 billion 843.8 million dollars (12.8%).
