American NASDAQ stock exchange and the Scandinavian OMX announced about a merger, according to Rynok.biz. The united stock exchange will get a name NASDAQ OMX Group. The bargain price will make USD 3.7 bln.
The merger won`t change the group plans on entering Ukraine by buying a local market participant, among which OMX calls PFTS.
