70% of Ukrainians have doubts that parliamentary election will be fair

Some 69.9% of Ukrainian citizens have doubts that the regular election to the Verkhovna Rada will be fair and democratic.

      According to an UNIAN correspondent, these are the results of a poll, carried out by the Institute of Social and Political Psychology, presented in Kyiv today.

      Some 18% of Ukrainians are convinced that the election will be fair and democratic, some 2.5% of those polled are indifferent to this issue, and some 9.9% of those polled could not answer the question.

      The poll was carried out on May 21-25. 2 thousand respondents were interviewed in 256 settlements of Ukraine. The error margin does not exceed 2.2%.
