The Ukrainian delegation headed by Prime Minister of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych pays a visit to Luxemburg today, where the 11th session of EU – Ukraine cooperation Council will take place.
As UNIAN reported early, it is planned to sign an agreement on facilitation of visa system and readmission between Ukraine and EU.
According to the leader of the press-service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Deshchycha, under the provisions of an agreement on facilitation of visa system, the category of people who have a possibility of obtaining repeated and free-of-charge visa of the trip to the member-countries of EU, is expanded considerably; the range of documents, which are necessary to issue a visa to Ukrainian citizens is regulated; also there is a perspective of mutual visa-free trips between the citizens of Ukraine and EU.
According to the agreement of readmission, the order of identification and returning of illegal migrants, and facilitation of their transit travel is put into force.
