New Constitution to be adopted at all-Ukrainian referendum – Yushchenko

President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko is sure, that new Constitution should be adopted at all-Ukrainian referendum.

V. Yushchenko said this information, delivering a speech during the grand session on the occasion of 11th anniversary of Constitution of Ukraine.

According to UNIAN correspondent, the President said that it is important that the topic of constitutional alterations found the support in social circles.

“Social thought should be decisive. The new edition of Constitution should be approved in the nearest future at all-Ukrainian referendum”, said the President, adding that it is his principal position.
