The Kyiv Economic Court forbade holding contests on the sale of Ukrtelecom shares.
“Transkom” joint venture has disclosed this to UNIAN.
According to the information of the source, on 19 June of 2007, the Kyiv Economic Court allowed the petition of “Transkom” concerning taking measures for considering the suit of the company against the State Property Fund of Ukraine for declaring illegal the SPFU actions.
In line with the ruling of the court, the State Property Fund of Ukraine, Ukrtelecom OJSC, the Kyiv International Stock Market OSJC, INNEX stock market OJSC, and any other legal or natural persons are forbidden to undertake any measures concerning the sale of Ukrtelecom shareholdings at the contests, scheduled for 21 June, 11 July, and 1 August, 2007.
