The Government of Ukraine sent to the Government of Kyrgyzstan a draft memorandum on solving the issue of Ukraine`s debt towards Kyrgyzstan.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Economy Minister of Ukraine Anatoliy Kinakh said this today at the news conference.
According to his words, the draft document was sent on July 3.
Ukraine, as A. Kinakh said, offers to define the status of the debt as corporative and to solve this issue at the expense of the technical and humanitarian aid and participating in joint invest projects.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine completed negotiations with all members of the WTO Working Group, except Kyrgyzstan (the signing is planned in the nearest future – UNIAN), having signed 49 protocols on mutual access on goods and services markets.
The Kirghiz party demanded that Ukraine pay off its debt at 27 million dollars, which appeared as a state debt, after economic subjects fulfilled mutual payments when leaving the roubles zone.
