The government has fulfilled the program of anti-crisis actions. Prime Minister of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych claimed this opening the Cabinet of Ministers session today, which is due to sum up the results of the government’s activities during the first half of the current year.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, the Prime Minister also noted that on 4 August it will be a year since he headed the government.

This day, the Prime Minister stressed, will remain in the Ukrainian history as the day when a new constitutional regime was established – the parliamentary-presidential model of power, which rendered real the people’s power and finally put an end to the totalitarian heritage.

Governors, representatives of other state structures, and Verkhovna Rada of the 5th convocation Speaker Oleksander Moroz attend the session of the government.
