President Victor Yushchenko on Monday sent a letter to Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych with a request to implement his recently issued decree aimed at boosting investment and developing investment research in Ukraine, according to the President`s press-office.
Yushchenko said insufficient investment activity “poses a threat to the nation’s interests and Ukraine’s security,” according to the Law on the Fundamentals of Ukraine’s National Security.
