Verkhovna Rada began consideration of state budget-2008

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the fifth convocation took to consideration the draft state budget of Ukraine-2008.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, 260 out of 262 lawmakers, registered in the session hall, voted for this.

Besides, they decided to set up a working group to prepare to the first reading of the draft budget-2008. Verkhovna Rada Deputy Speaker Adam Martyniuk and top deputy Prime Minister Mykola Azarov were elected the co-chairmen of the working group.
