The government has introduced grain export quotas from 1 November 2007 to 31 March 2008 at the volume of 1.203 million tons.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Economics Minister of Ukraine Anatoliy Kinakh claimed this to journalists today.

The quotas were introduced on the export of maize – at 600 thousand tons, barley – 400 thousand tons, feed wheat of the 6th class – 200 thousand tons, and rye – 3 thousand tons.
