Inflation in Ukraine made up 2.2% in September

The Ukraine’s inflation in September, compared to August of the current year, has made up 2.2%, and during January-September of the current year (compared with December of the last year) – 8.6%.

According to the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, the inflation in September, compared with September 2006, made up 14.4%, during January-September of the current year (compared with the same period of the last year) – 11.9%.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine based the state budget for the year 2007 on the following forecasts: the inflation at 7.5%, GDP growth – 6.5%, industrial output growth – 8%.
