President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko will pay official visit to Romania on October 30-31.
According to the press service of the head of the state, within the frameworks of the visit the President of Ukraine will hold meetings with President of Romania Traian Basescu, Prime Minister of Romania Calin Popescu, Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of Romania Nicolae Vacaroiu, chairman of Chamber of Deputy of Romanian Parliament Bogdan Olteanu. Moreover, V. Yushchenko will meet with Patriarch Romanian Orthodox Church Daniel.
The signing the range of Ukrainian – Romanian bilateral documents is scheduled within the frameworks of the official visit.
According to deputy head of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine Oleksandr Chalyj said that during the meetings they will discuss the issues concerning the bilateral Ukrainian –Romanian cooperation, particularly inter-regional and transboundary cooperation, trade-economic relations, energy sphere, cooperation in humanitarian and consular spheres.
