The issue of budget adopting is more political than economical. President of Center for Anti-Crisis Research Yaroslav Zhalilo disclosed this to an UNIAN correspondent.
In his opinion, the adoption of the budget as a document and its contents depend on the layout of political forces in the parliament.
Besides, the expert believes that, without the resources of the Finance Ministry, it is hardly probable to create an alternative budget variant, similar to that already submitted by the government for the consideration of the Verkhovna Rada. “I do not believe into existence of another, already drawn up, draft budget, which may replace already existing one”, Ya.Zhalilo said.
Earlier BYuT front-runner Yulia Tymoshenko claimed that the draft budget, which will be proposed by the government, formed by the coalition with BYuT, will “significantly differ” from the draft State Budget for 2008, already registered in the parliament. At the same time, she refused to disclose any details of the document.
