Two parties to carry out rallies in center of Kyiv on Nov 7

Some 15 thousand people will take part

As of today, the Communist Party of Ukraine and All-Ukrainian union “Svoboda” sent their applications to the Kyiv City State Administration in order to carry out rallies and demonstrations at Maydan Nezalezhnosti on November 7, on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of October revolution.

The main department on interior policy issues of KCSA disclosed this to UNIAN.

According to the applications, the CPU is to carry out an auto race at the streets of the city, by 15 automobiles, on November 5 and 7, and a demonstration and a rally with the participation of 10 thousand people on November 7. It is planned, that columns of participants of the demonstration will go from “Arsenalna” subway down to Maydan Nezalezhnosti, where they will carry out the rally. After that, the participants of the measure will go to the monument of Lenin to lay flowers. The action is scheduled for 12.00 - 16.00 pm.

All-Ukrainian Union Svoboda is about to carry out an action called “Communism’s Crimes Must Be Convicted. Communist’s Crimes Must Be Prohibited” at Maydan Nezalezhnosti. 5 thousand people are about to take part in the measure, scheduled for 8.00 am – 22.00 pm of Nov 7.
