The temperature at night will be 2-7 Celsius degrees below zero, during the day – 0-5 Celsius degrees below zero; the temperature in Crimea and Pryazovje during the day will be from 4 Celsius degrees below zero to 0-5 Celsius degrees above zero.

On December 15 there will be little snow and sleet; at Carpathians, Prykarpattya and at the south-eastern part there will be moderate snow; there will be sleet and silver thaw somewhere in Crimea; On December 16 Ukraine will see no essential precipitation, there will be a flaccid snow at the Carpathian region. There will be icy condition of roads. The wind will be north-eastern, northern, 5-10 ms. The temperature at night will be 3-8 Celsius degrees below zero (on December 16 the temperature will be 10-13 Celsius degrees below zero somewhere in the northern and eastern part), the temperature during the day will be 0-5 Celsius degrees below zero; the temperature somewhere at southern Oblasts and in Zakarpattya will be 1-3 Celsius degrees above zero; the temperature in Crimea will be from 4 Celsius degrees below zero to 1 Celsius degrees above zero, during the day – 0-5 Celsius degrees above zero.
Kyiv and the Kyiv Oblast will see a little snow on Friday. There will be icy condition of roads. The wind will be north –eastern, 7-12 ms. The temperature in Kyiv will be 3-5 Celsius degrees below zero at night, 1-3 Celsius degrees below zero – during the day; the temperature in the oblast will be 2-7 Celsius degrees below zero at night, and 0-5 Celsius degrees below zero – during the day.
