New Year celebration at Maydan Nezalezhnosti to start on December 31 at 21.00 pm

New Year celebration at the central square of the capital of Ukraine, Maydan Nezalezhnosti, will start on December 31 at 21.00 pm, and will last till 1.00 am.

      The press service of Kyiv City State Administration disclosed this to UNIAN.

      According to the data of the press service, in accordance of the holiday’s program, Kyiv citizens will see the folk program at 21.00 pm, the music groups for adults will appear on the stage at 22.00 pm. After loud fireworks, which will start at midnight, the youth groups will appear on the stage.

      The active preparation for the holiday is carried out and the final version of New Year’s Night – 2008 program is on the stage of approving now.
