Employees of the mountain rescue services of the Emergency Ministry rendered first aid and took to hospitals 10 tourists, who were injured when skiing in the Carpathians.

According to the press service of the Emergency Ministry, rescuers rendered aid to seven tourists, who were injured at the Trostyan Mountain, near Slavske village in the Slavskiy Region of the Lviv Oblast.

Another two injured tourists were rescued not far from Verhovyna village of the Ivano – Frankivsk Oblast. The rescuers also rendered first aid and took to hospital a 62-year-old Kyiv skier not far from Podobovets village in Zakarpattya region.
