Government to draft new bill on tender procedures

Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko during the meeting with the Association of Ukrainian Cities members stated about Government’s intention within a week to draft along with city mayors a new bill on tender procedures taking into consideration all sides’ interests, according to the government’s press-office.

“I want us within a week put an end to all conflicts concerning tender legislation,” the Head of Government said.

Yulia Tymoshenko advocates holding a meeting of Government with city mayors for drafting the new bill. The PM expressed readiness to personally participate in this meeting and drafting. “I am sure that we’ll draft a document which is to satisfy all sides,” the Prime Minister noted.
