Land at 3.5 billion hrn was sold in Ukraine last year

6 183 land allotments and tenant rights on land, 5.891 thousand hectares by total area, at total of 3 billion 501.52 mln hrn, were sold in Ukraine in 2007.

      The Land Resources State Agency disclosed this to UNIAN.

      As of January 1 of this year, for the whole period of since the beginning of the land reform, 39.5 thousand allotments and tenant rights on land, 23.736 thousand hectares by total area, were sold at 5 billion 890.14 mln hryvnias.

      At the same time, for the period of the land reform, the state and local budgets received from the sale of the allotments and tenant rights 6 billion 589.93 mln hrn, including in 2007 – 3 billion 466.44 mln hrn, that makes up 578.5% from the plan for this period.
