The number of COVID-19 coronavirus cases registered in the Armed Forces of Ukraine rose by 20 as of the morning of May 30.

"As of 10:00 Kyiv time on May 30, some 107 people in the Armed Forces of Ukraine have acute respiratory illness COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. In total, 111 people recovered and three died during the pandemic," according to the press service of the Medical Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Some 452 servicemen are now isolated (including self-isolation).

As UNIAN reported earlier, the number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus in Ukraine exceeded 23,000 on Saturday morning. Of them, 393 cases were reported in the past 24 hours. A total of 696 COVID-19 deaths have already been recorded in the country. Some 9,311 patients have recovered.
