Leader of the Batkivshchyna Party, Ukrainian MP Yulia Tymoshenko has tested positive for the novel coronavirus and is in serious condition with a fever, says her press secretary Maryna Soroka.

She's fighting [the disease]!" she wrote on Facebook on Sunday, August 23, following some media reports.
Noteworthy, Tymoshenko's daughter Eugenia, as well as Eugenia's husband Arthur Chechetkin, have also fell ill, according to the media reports. However, the press secretary declined to give further detail.

COVID-19 in Ukraine: latest
