Ukraine's capital city of Kyiv and seven regions across the country have not yet met in full the criteria required for local authorities to further ease quarantine bans, moving to another stage of easing.
That's according to the Health Ministry, which released its daily update on the coronavirus developments.
The incidence level allows no weakening of anti-epidemic measures in the city of Kyiv, as well as in Chernivtsi, Rivne, Lviv, Zakarpattia, Volyn, Zhytomyr, and Chernihiv regions.
The indicator of new COVID-19 cases over the past seven days in Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv and Ternopil region is close to 12.
To move to the second stage of quarantine easing, the incidence rate must be below 12 per 100,000 of the population.
