The number of members of Ukraine's State Border Guard Service who have tested positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19) grew to 50 as of June 3.

"In particular, two new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Donetsk and Volyn regions in the past day," the State Border Guard Service said on its website on June 3.
Of the total number of military personnel and employees of the State Border Service who have tested positive for the coronavirus, 29 have already recovered. Another 21 patients continue treatment. Five of them are in hospital.
About 68 border guards who have been in contact with coronavirus patients are now under medical observation. They are either self-isolating or have been placed under observation in specially designated facilities.
As UNIAN reported earlier, as of 09:00 Kyiv time on June 3, the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Ukraine was 24,823; of them, 483 cases were registered in the past 24 hours.
