Ukrainian Health Minister Maksym Stepanov has listed three regions with the most COVID-19 cases reported in the past day.
"In terms of the regions, the highest number of confirmed cases in the past 24 hours was registered in Lviv region (203), Rivne region (126), and the city of Kyiv (99)," he told a briefing on June 24.
In total, 23,721 tests were conducted in the country in the past day. In particular, there were 13,199 tests done with the use of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method and 10,592 with the application of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method.

As UNIAN reported earlier, there were 39,014 laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Ukraine as of the morning of June 24, including 1,051 COVID-19 deaths and 17,409 recoveries. Some 940 new cases were recorded in the past 24 hours.
