Some 829 new cases of the novel coronavirus COVID-19 were reported in Ukraine in the past day, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 60,995 as of the morning of July 22.
The death toll is 1,534, including 16 fatalities in the past 24 hours, according to the interactive map by Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council.
As many as 33,172 patients, including 973 in the past day, have already recovered.

The number of active COVID-19 cases as of the morning of July 22 stood at 26,289.
Over the past day, most COVID-19 cases were recorded in the capital city of Kyiv (132), as well as in Lviv (124), Ivano-Frankivsk (78), Zakarpattia (60), and Kharkiv regions (57).
As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine on July 21 reported 673 new COVID-19 cases.
