Ukraine's First Lady, Olena Zelenska, has recovered from COVID-19 before being discharged from a hospital in Kyiv on Friday, July 3.
That's according to the Presidential Office's press service.
It is noted that the president’s wife feels good and is happy to reunite with her family.
"Having overcome COVID-19, Olena Zelenska still needs to continue treatment for bilateral pneumonia caused by it, and will undergo such treatment at home," the report says.
President Volodymyr Zelensky tweeted that "finally, tonight, the whole family will once again be at the table."
As UNIAN reported earlier, on June 12, Zelenska tested positive for COVID-19.
She has been feeling well and experienced no symptoms of the disease.
After a few days of self-isolation and outpatient treatment, she was hospitalized on June 16.
