Ukraine`s Armen Vardanyan and Mikhail Siamionau of Belarus each won a bronze in separate repechage matches in the Men`s Greco-Roman 66 kilogram Wrestling weight class on Wednesday, August 13, according to the Beijing Organizing Committee website.

Vardanyan won the first period of his match 4-1, but lost the second 1-2. Though his opponent, Nikolay Gergov of Bulgaria, got the first point in the third period, Vardanyan responded by scoring six points including two exposures in the last minute to claim the victory.

Belarus` Mikhail Siamionau won his period 2-0 against Kazakhstan`s Darkhan Bayakhmetov. In each of the next two periods the score was tied 1-1, with both wrestlers scoring one point apiece in par terre in both periods. The match was decided by classification points in Siamionau`s favor.
