Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Poland to Ukraine Jacek Kluczkowski is confident that Poland and Ukraine are able to cope will all challenges during preparation to hosting Euro-2012 European football tournament.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he claimed this to a press conference in Kyiv on Monday.
“I may confirm once again that Poland and Ukraine are able to host the tournament and to cope with all challenges”, Jacek Kluczkowski said.
Asked by journalists to comment on statements of Turkey and Germany about their readiness to host the tournament if Ukraine and Poland fail, the Ambassador claimed he had not heard about such statements.
“Only the Football Federation may make such statements, but it did not”, the Ambassador stressed.
