`Sheva` is ready to return to his former hunting ground, where he will meet a very familiar rival. Having enjoyed success previously against the Nerazzurri, he is hungry for more, according to Goal.com.

Dynamo Kiev striker Andriy Shevchenko is ready to take down Inter when the two teams clash at the San Siro on Tuesday night.

Shevchenko, who scored many goals against Inter when he played for city rivals Milan, is eager to fire his side towards glory.

"We respect Inter, but we are eager to get through the group stages, although we know Barcelona are there too," Shevchenko told La Gazzetta Dello Sport.

"I have scored maybe 14 or 15 goals against Inter, and my favourite is the one I scored against them in the semi-final of the Champions League in 2003."

Speaking to UEFA`s official website, the veteran stated, "I`ll be going back to a stadium where I played for eight years. I`ve got great memories. We`ll be playing a great team with great players and a great manager. Our aim is to fight for every second we`re on the pitch, and to give Inter problems."

With `Sheva` returning to the San Siro, it was inevitable that he would spare a few words for his old side. Milan have struggled in the Champions League, and the hitman has offered advice to his former team.

"I don`t think their situation is worrying. Replacing champions is never easy. I love the Rossoneri, and I am sure they will return to being the real Milan," concluded the striker.
