Monitors of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine have said they saw a white minivan with "DPR" plates displaying a sign saying "Cargo 200" near the occupied town of Amvrosiyivka.

"Near Amvrosiyivka (non-government controlled, 56km south-east of Donetsk), the SMM saw a white minivan with 'DPR' plates displaying a sign saying 'Cargo 200' in Russian behind its windshield, traveling south-east on road T0507," the OSCE SMM said in an update on March 1 based on information received as of 19:30 Kyiv time on February 28, 2018.
