On Saturday, March 3, the Ukrainian army recorded no shelling by militants in the Donbas war zone.

"Since day-start, the ceasefire has prevailed along the entire contact line in eastern Ukraine. As of 18:00 Kyiv time, there has been no shelling on our positions, while the Ukrainian army strictly adheres to the Minsk agreements," the press center of the headquarters of Ukraine's military operations said in an evening update.

"The situation in Luhansk and Donetsk regions is under control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Combat units performing their tasks on the first line of defense retain their positions and keep monitoring the enemy," reads the report.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Russia's hybrid military forces mounted eight attacks on Ukrainian army positions in Donbas in the past 24 hours, with one Ukrainian soldier reported as killed in action and another two as wounded in action.
