In the past 24 hours, three Ukrainian soldiers were wounded in action as pro-Russian militants opened fire 22 times against the Ukrainian positions in Donbas.

"Over the past day, May 2, the situation in the Joint Forces Operation zone remained unchanged. The fighting continued mainly in Avdiyivka and Mariupol directions," the JFO Staff wrote on Facebook.

According to intelligence data, over the past day, May 2, enemy casualties are four WIAs.

Ukrainian soldiers did not hinder their evacuation.

"Overnight Thursday, May 3, there was a relative calm along the contact line. As of 6:00 Kyiv time today, May 3, there are no casualties among our soldiers," the report said.

As UNIAN reported earlier, a Ukrainian military went missing following an enemy shelling.
