Donbas militants shell Ukraine positions, hit medevac vehicle
On Monday, June 18, militants of Russian-occupation gang formations in Donbas damaged in their shelling a medevac vehicle of the 93rd separate mechanized brigade of Ukraine Armed Forces, the Brigade press service reports.
According to the report posted on Facebook on Tuesday, the shelling lasted from 16:22 to 20:10 Kyiv time.
The invaders employed 120mm and 82mm mortars, SPG-9 grenade launchers, BMP-2 infantry vehicle machine guns, and large-caliber Utes machine guns.
Over 30 mine shells were fired in the attack.
"Disregarding the norms of international military law, terrorists in their shelling hit the Brigade doctors' medevac vehicle," the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade reported.
No casualties were reported in the Monday attack.
