Russian-led forces mounted 25 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in the past 24 hours.

"No casualties among the Ukrainian troops have been reported over the past day. According to intelligence reports, two occupiers were killed and another three were wounded," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation said in an update on Facebook as of 07:00 Kyiv time on September 15, 2018.

Russian occupation forces opened aimed fire from grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms to attack the defenders of the towns of Svitlodarsk and Krasnohorivka, and the villages of Stanytsia Luhanska, Zhovte, Krymske, Novotoshkivske, Luhanske, Chermalyk, Pavlopil, Hnutove, Vodiane, Lebedynske, and Shyrokyne.

The enemy resorted to 82mm mortars to shell the Ukrainian positions near Chermalyk and Vodiane in the Mariupol sector.

In addition, the defenders of Chermalyk came under fire from weapons of an infantry fighting vehicle.

"Since Saturday midnight, Russian-led forces have mounted four attacks on the Ukrainian positions near Krymske, Hnutove and Vodiane, using grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms. The enemy also used 120mm and 82mm mortars three times against the defenders of the Ukrainian fortified positions in the Mariupol sector. There have been no casualties among Ukrainian troops from the start of the day," reads the report.
