Russian-led forces mounted 22 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in the past 24 hours.

"No casualties among the Ukrainian troops have been reported over the past day. According to intelligence reports, two occupiers were killed and another four were wounded," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation said in an update on Facebook as of 07:00 Kyiv time on September 21, 2018.

Russian occupation forces opened aimed fire from 120mm and 82mm mortars, grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms to attack the defenders of the town of Maryinka, and the villages of Krymske, Novotroyitske, Hnutove, Vodiane, Lebedynske, and Shyrokyne.

"At 06:00 yesterday morning, having neglected universal moral norms and the Minsk agreements, the Russian occupation forces shelled the village of Shyrokyne, using 122mm artillery systems. There were no casualties among the Ukrainian troops and the local population," the press center said.

"Since Friday midnight, Russian-led forces have mounted four attacks on the Ukrainian positions near Krymske and Vodiane, using grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms. There have been no casualties among Ukrainian troops from the start of the day," reads the report.
