"At 09:00 on October 10, 2018, the terrorists opened fire from small arms toward the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the village of Kamianka. Ukrainian members of the Joint Center for the Control and Coordination (JCCC) of the ceasefire and stabilization in Donbas, as well as representatives of the OSCE SMM who were monitoring the security situation outside the Donetsk Filtration Station during daily personnel rotation came under fire," the report says.

Thus, the terrorists have neglected the guarantees of security and the ceasefire provided by the parties during the rotation.

Moreover, the Russian-led forces knew that the OSCE SMM daily patrolled the area near Kamianka, the Ukrainian side said.
