Over the past day, the situation in the Joint Forces Operation zone remained under full control of Ukraine troops while Russian invaders opened fire on the positions of the Ukrainian troops 20 times.

At the same time, Russian proxy forces on two occasions used weapons proscribed by Minsk agreements, the JFO press service reports.

"Russian occupation troops fired from 82 mm mortars, grenade launchers of various types, large-caliber machine guns, and small arms at the JF positions in the areas of Zolotoe, Shumy, Avdiyivka, Pisky, Nevelske, Maryinka, Krasnohorivka, Bohdanivka, Chermalyk, Pavlopil, Vodiane, and Shyroke," reads the report.

Two Ukrainian soldiers were injured in the shelling.

“The defenders of Zolote and Pisky came under fire from 82mm mortars, while Ukraine positions near Nevelske were shot at the enemy infantry fighting vehicles," the report says.

Three times over the past day, hostilities erupted outside Krasnohorivka in the Donetsk direction. Invaders opened aimed fire from grenade launchers and large-caliber machine guns. Units of the Joint Forces adequately returned fire from regular means.

According to intelligence data, over the past 24 hours three invaders were killed and another three were wounded.

The JFO HQ added that from day-start on Sunday, the enemy fired at Ukrainian positions three times - in the areas of Avdiyivka, Hnutove and Novotoshkivske. Near the latter settlement, 10 enemy mines of 82 mm caliber landed on the positions of Ukraine defenders. A JF soldier was wounded in action.
