Russian-led forces mounted seven attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas, eastern Ukraine, in the last 24 hours.

"No casualties among Ukrainian troops have been reported in the past day. According to intelligence reports, two occupiers were killed and another two were wounded," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation (JFO) said in an update on Facebook as of 07:00 Kyiv time on November 12, 2018.

Russian occupation forces opened aimed fire from grenade launchers of various types, heavy machine guns, and small arms when they attacked defenders of the villages of Novotoshkivske, Orikhove, Luhanske, Taramchuk, and Vodiane.

At the same time, the occupiers were most active near Novotoshkivske. During the first attack, they used grenade launchers, while in the second case, they resorted to firing weapons installed on infantry fighting vehicles.

"Since Monday midnight, Russian-led forces have attacked the Ukrainian positions near the village of Stariy Aidar, using heavy machine guns and small arms," reads the report.
