Russian-led forces mounted seven attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas, eastern Ukraine, in the last 24 hours.

"No casualties among Ukrainian troops have been reported in the past day. According to intelligence reports, three occupiers were killed and another five were wounded," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation said in an update on Facebook as of 07:00 Kyiv time on December 3, 2018.

Russian occupation forces opened aimed fire at the defenders of the town of Krasnohorivka, and the villages of Stanytsia Luhanska, Novomykhailivka, Slavne, Taramchuk, and Lebedynske. No heavy weapons were used.

"The enemy also employed grenade launchers and heavy machine guns twice near Taramchuk. Another act of provocation was also recorded near the disengagement area in Stanytsia Luhanska, where the invaders opened fire on the Ukrainian positions, using heavy machine guns," the report says.

"Since Monday midnight, Russian-led forces have attacked the Ukrainian positions near Krymske, using 82mm mortars. No Ukrainian army casualties have been reported since the start of the day," reads the report.
